From the planting of the vines, we respect the characteristics of each grape variety and their environment.
Of contemporary design, there are three levels in the cellar - reception, press and tanks using natural gravity, allowing ultimate respect for the grape, thus “vinification” takes place at a low temperature for slow fermentation, producing fine, harmonious and elegant wines. To the bottling process which is done in strict compliance with the highest of hygiene standards, every day Domaine Tropez keeps its commitment to making high quality products.
Equipped with two pneumatic presses, stainless steel and concrete vats with total temperature control the cellar has a harvest cooler that allows the maceration of the aromatic rosé wine.
Built around three product families: traditional range, limited editions and trading wines, Domaine Tropez is ready to satisfy the lifestyles of the most discerning customers.
The personality of the estates wines is the result of exceptional circumstances; they are under the strong maritime influence of the clay and limestone soils along with the sandy Mediterranean climate. In line with the principles of organic farming, all vine growing procedures are wisely thought through: regular mechanical weeding is performed to limit chemical weed control, using certified organic fertilizers. Harvesting is done at a low temperature to obtain white and rosé wines with elegant and complex aromas, also creating crisp, light-colored wines.
