If you are visiting the winery, you may just see us blending
We craft our wines through rigorous research and testing to produce wines that we feel represent our terrior and flavors that we love. All grapes are harvested by hand, hand sorted twice and then fermented in specially designed tanks or barrels to achieve our flavor profiles. We taste each barrel every month and treat all wines as a blend; our goal is to make each wine the best it can be. We bottle only when the wine is ready, not based on a calendar.
We have signature blends such as Cinque Gemma, Zafira Zinfandel and Cabochon, but we also treat our Pinot Noir as a complex blend.
